Graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Holds a Florida 215 Health, Life and Variable Annuities License. Presently enrolled at the University of South Florida in a Masters in Public Administration program. Presently enrolled in the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program, a joint program of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Completed three of the nine required courses. Received the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation in 2007. Received the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation from the American College in 2007.
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Consultant with Siver Insurance Consultants since 2007. Three years prior experience with human resources, workers compensation and health programs including: group medical insurance, group dental insurance, life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) and short-term disability programs. Human resources experience includes management of the benefit programs and enrollment process for over four hundred employees. Health insurance experience includes claims processing experience.
